These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FleetDNS services operated by MadOst AS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using FleetDNS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

FleetDNS provides a DNS and domain management platform that allows users to:

Connect and manage domains from multiple registrars
Manage DNS records through a unified interface
Collaborate with team members on domain management
Access domain data via API (with subscription)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

FleetDNS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MadOst AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the service.

7. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services. We will not sell your data to third parties.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY DOMAIN REGISTRARS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADOST AS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MadOst AS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
